In high season (July–August) parking in the centre can be tricky. We recommend the Recinto Ferial as a free and spacious alternative.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is between 11:30 and 12:00.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. After that, the amount is non-refundable.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, we will coordinate access details in your booking confirmation.
How many guests can stay?
The apartment sleeps 3: 2 in the double bed and 1 on the chaise-longue sofa bed in the living room.
How do you access the apartment?
The apartment is on the first floor, accessed by stairs from the street. Arrive, carry your bags up and you're already on holiday.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes. The Mercado de Abastos, right opposite, has municipal parking. There are also several private parking areas nearby. In high season we recommend the Recinto Ferial, which is free and has plenty of space.
What is the closest beach walking distance?
Playa de los Bateles is the closest, about an 8-10 minute walk (along the seafront promenade). It's the main Blue-Flag beach in the centre with all amenities.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment or terrace?
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, including the terrace. This is a house rule to ensure comfort for all guests.
Are there supermarkets nearby?
Yes. The Mercado de Abastos is right opposite the apartment with fresh food stalls. There are also supermarkets a short walk from the town centre.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes, if availability allows. Check your dates and we'll respond as soon as possible. In high season it's recommended to book in advance.
How is the deposit handled?
The deposit is €150, returned within 24–48 hours of checkout once everything has been checked.
Do I need to bring towels and bed linen?
No. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also find detergent, softener, a hair dryer and basic kitchen supplies.
Is the kitchen fully equipped for cooking?
Yes. The kitchen opens onto the living room and includes a microwave, oven, moka pot, kettle and full cookware (pots, pans, cutlery and tableware). There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Is there air conditioning and WiFi?
Yes. There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, plus fibre broadband with WiFi throughout the apartment. The TV is 60 inches.
Do you accept long stays or single-night bookings?
Yes, we accept both long stays and last-minute bookings when availability allows, especially outside peak season. Send us your dates and we'll put together a tailored offer.
How does self check-in work?
If you arrive outside check-in hours or prefer not to coordinate, you can do a self check-in using the key box. We'll send you the code before your arrival.
Is there heating for winter?
Yes. The apartment has independent heating so you stay comfortable in the colder months too.
Is a cot available?
Yes, on request. Let us know before your arrival so we can have it ready.
Is the apartment accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The apartment is on the first floor and is reached only by stairs (no lift). It is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Do I have to pay a tourist tax?
No. Conil de la Frontera does not charge guests a tourist tax.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. We accept credit card payment and bank transfer.
Does it have a washing machine and dryer?
There is a washing machine built into the kitchen. There is no dryer, but the terrace has a clothes line and Conil's climate dries laundry in a few hours.
How do I get to Roche beach?
On foot from the apartment, walking north along the seafront promenade, it takes about 20 minutes. You can also drive (5 minutes) and park in the Roche area.

Beaches, old town, tuna season and traditional tapas bars. There is plenty to discover.
Beaches
- Playa de los Bateles — seafront promenade and Blue Flag, the liveliest in the centre.
- Playa de la Fontanilla — quieter, great for families.
- Cala del Aceite — further out, worth the walk for its crystal-clear water.
Old town
- Strolling through the whitewashed lanes of the historic centre.
- Torre de Guzmán — 360° viewpoint over the town and the sea.
- Plaza de Santa Catalina and the Church of Santa Catalina (now a cultural centre).
Gastronomy
- Red tuna from the almadraba — in season (May–June) it is the star ingredient.
- Fried fish and prawn fritters at the bars in the town centre.
- Mercado de Abastos — the best place to buy fresh produce every morning.
